Jawaharlal Nehru Scholarships 2024: Jawaharlal Nehru Scholarships 2024 are designed to help Indian postgraduate students facing financial hardship continue their studies. Candidates should be under 35 years of old and hold an undergraduate First Class degree, with 60% or more marks. Full-time PhD students must also have both a GATE result and an NET score and a registration in an Indian university.

The Jawaharlal scholarship provides INR 18,000 monthly as well as an INR 15,000 one-time payment for study tour expenses, textbooks and stationery. Please submit the completed application forms to Jawaharlal Nehru Memorial Fund by May 31st 2024.

In the process of selecting candidates, screening applications will be part of it. It is followed by an interview in either the last half of November or December. The award will last two years. To apply, you must fill out the form and send it along with your documentation as well as an advance of INR100. Eligibility Criterion
For the applicant to be considered for the scholarship they must satisfy the following eligibility requirements.
- A first-class postgraduate degree is needed. This means that the applicant has to have a cumulative grade of at least 60%, both on the graduate level and the postgraduate.
- No candidate must be more than 35 years of age.
- You must be a Ph.D. candidate.
- You must have a score of at least GATE or NET.
- A student must enroll in an Indian university that is accredited to award the Ph.D.
Rewards Details:
- You can reward the participants in this program by:
- Monthly maintenance allowance (including tuition fees) of INR 18,000
- Costs of stationary, books, and other items for students in India. INR 15,000.
Documents Require
In order to apply for this scholarship program, the applicant must have these documents:
- A passport size photo
- This is a synopsis that contains approximately 1500 words. A 1.5-spaced text
- The Supervisor report or the University Doctoral Monitoring Committee. The supervisor’s Report
- You must have certified copies for all your certificates.
- Ph.D. registration certificate.
- Selecting this scholarship
- You can submit all forms.
- Those candidates who have been selected will be asked to interview.
- The interview will be scheduled at the end or beginning of November.
- The scholarship will be given to the selected candidates.

- Fund staff will not accept responsibility for any delays in delivery of mail which may delay submissions of applications.
