What is UP Scholarship Register 2024
For students completing grades 9-12, as well postgraduate degrees in Uttar Pradesh there are a variety of scholarships. Also, in addition to creating a new website for students who wish to register with the UP Scholarship 2024 program, Government of Uttar Pradesh also plans on developing a separate site that is dedicated solely to this purpose. There is no need for students to travel physically. Use the online application. The website will give the students a chance to rectify any errors.

Eligibility Criteria
To apply for a UP scholarship, you must meet the eligibility requirements listed below:

| 1. | UP Premature Scholarships (class 9th and 10th) | The students belonging to SC/ST/OBC/General/Minority category can apply for this scholarship. Students must have completed class 9th and 10th in a recognised school. Family income should not exceed INR 1.01 lakh per year. |
| 2. | UP Post Matric Scholarship for Class 11th and 12th. | The students belonging to SC/ST/OBC/General/Minority category can apply for this scholarship. Students must have completed classes 11th and 12th in a recognized school/college. Family income should not exceed INR 2 Lakhs per year. |
| 3. | Scholarship for Post-Matriculated Students (other than class 11th and 12th) | The students belonging to SC/ST/OBC/General/Minority category can apply for this scholarship. Students must have completed a degree, postgraduate, doctorate or other higher education. Family income should not exceed INR 2 lakh per year. |
UP Scholarship registration 2024: application process
In order to sign up for the Scholarship Portal you need only follow these simple steps.
- To access the UP scholarship site, click here.
- Open the Home Page on your computer screen.
- Selecting an option will bring up a dropdown list.
- Click on the Registration option.
Registration
- Your browser will redirect you to another page where all scholarship options are listed.
- You can choose a category from the drop-down list.
- FRESH (For ST and SC Categories as well as General Categories).
- Pre-matriculants
- Intermediate (Post-matriculate).
- Freshmen with no intermediate or post matriculation.
- Post-matriculation Other State (Fresh).
- Fresh (for OBC categories)
- Pre-matric (Fresh students)
- Intermediate (Post-matriculate)Freshmen who do not have a post-matriculation or intermediate education
- Fresh Pre-matriculation (Freshman)Intermediate (Post matriculate).
- The post-matriculation diploma is not required for those who don’t have one.
- The online registration will open once you click on your chosen option.
UP Scholarship Registration 2024: Forgot Password
These simple steps can help you recover your lost password.
- This link will take you directly to the webpage for the scholarship .
- The home page is now displayed.
- By clicking this option you will see a drop down list for students.
- Click Here to Sign Up.
- There will be a dropdown list on the screen.
- There are several options available.
- You can log in as Pre-matriculated.
- Click here to Login as Intermediate StudentsInter Student login is not needed for post-matriculation.
- The Post-Matriculate site is accessible from all states.
- Register for renewal
- The appropriate option should be selected
- The required information will then be displayed on another screen.
- In the lower left hand corner, you’ll find the button “Forgot your password.”
- Please provide the necessary details like the name and address of your district or institution, date of birth (DOB), last passing grade for the qualifying exam you took, captcha codes, etc.
- Click on “Retrieve Password”.
- A message will be sent to your ID after you click on “Retrieve Your Password”. This email contains a reset password link. After that, you will be able to create a unique password. After entering your password, you will be able to login and access the UP Scholarship.
