Scholarship applications can be submitted by candidates in high school and colleges through this website. Government of Uttar Pradesh announced its Scholarship Program in an effort to boost literacy rates and provide a qualified workforce for socio-economic development. The UP Government’s Pre-Matric Scholarships will become available on 15 September 2024 for classes 09th and 10.

The scholarship will be awarded to students who are economically disadvantaged, minorities or SC and ST. All pre-matriculated (9th &10th graders) and post-matriculated (10th-12th graders) candidates are eligible. You can apply for the grant.
2024 UP Scholarship
The UP Scholarship Scheme was created by the state government to offer financial aid for students who are pre- or post-matriculated. SAKSHAM, an online portal for students attending universities and colleges in the State (and occasionally outside the State) can be used to apply. Uttar Pradesh established multiple incentive types to make sure that students with diverse backgrounds are able to benefit from the program. These are the specifics of each scheme.
- Pre-Matric Scheme for Students of Grades 9 and 10:
- The Post-Matric Intermediate Class 11-12 is for students who are enrolled in the 11th and 12th classes.
- UP-Post-Matric-Other Than-Inter: Graduates, post-graduates, doctorsal candidates, and those in higher education.
- UP Post -Matric Outside of the State: UP member enrolled outside UP in post-matriculated program.

The UP Scholarship Criteria 2024
- Candidate for the scholarship must reside permanently in Uttar Pradesh. Also, you must have a Residence Card of UP Citizens of India.
- Post-matriculation is only open to candidates who have completed the 10th Grade.
- Candidate’s parents must have a combined income of less than Rs. 250,000.
- Registration is open to all categories of candidates including SC and ST applicants, Minorities candidates, PWDs and general applicants.
- No scholarships are offered by either the Central Government or State Governments.
- Candidates will need to be able demonstrate high levels of achievement during their prior classes.
