It aims to promote educational among candidates of all backgrounds by providing financial support. Through this program, candidates will be relieved of their financial burden and education becomes more affordable for all.

How to Apply for Online Scholarship UP-2024
The Freshest Candidate
- All applicants who take up admissions this year in 2024-2025 must enroll for the Dashmottar 9th to 12th course (High School and Intermediate) and any other Dashmottar category, such as UG or PG courses and diploma and certificate categories.
Candidate for renewal
- Scholarship UP applicants who are already enrolled and registered in a university or college can renew the application.
- Gather all documents needed before you register online.
- On your fee receipt, or if you have any questions you may contact the college/school.
- The application must be submitted within three (3) days after it is completed to the respective school and college.
- Aadhar cards are required for registration.
- Read the instructions in full and be informed for all details.

While scholarship recipients do not have to repay the award they receive, there may be certain conditions that must be met during the period in which their funding is provided. These may include maintaining a specified grade point and participating in particular activities.
Applications Process
As part of its efforts to simplify application procedures, the Uttar Pradesh state government started an online Scholarship UP applications system. Applications for the Scholarship UP are accepted only through this portal, during the designated period. Following is the method of application for government Scholarship UP.
Step 1. New Candidate registration
- You can access the online Scholarship and Fee Reimbursement System of the UP Government at https://scholarship.up.gov.in.
- To register, click the “New Registration” button in “candidate”.
- By selecting a program from the list, you can sign up for a particular Scholarship UP.
- For submission to be complete, the applicant must mark all required fields.
- You can apply by clicking “Submit”.
- You can keep your confirmation slip for reference.
Click on Login.
- Click on “candidate”, and after register click “fresh login“. If you want to renew your scholarship, select “candidate”, and then choose ” Registration.”
- You will need to enter your login details (registration number, date of birth and password) in order to log into your account.
- For the form to be completed, it is necessary to enter some specific information.
- The information requested in the application must be filled in. Please pay attention to instructions.
- Select “Process.”
Step 3 – Fill out all the required details on your Scholarship Application
- By clicking the “Processing” button, you will be able to access your dashboard.

Step 4: Uploading support documents
- To upload their photo or supporting documents, the candidate needs to log out of and back into their account after filling in the form.
- We recommend uploading photos in JPEG/JPG formats with file sizes of at least 20KB.
- Please submit your application, and then take a printed copy.
Step 5 – Final online submission
To avoid discrepancies, the application form must be carefully reviewed before submission. Once the form has been submitted, changes cannot be made.
Step 6 – Submit Form to Relevant Educational Institution
Once you submit your scholarship application, please print it out. Submit the printed document to the school along with all other required documents.

Aadhaar account seed bank must be mapped to NPCI with candidate. Without seed, it is not possible to submit the application. You should have an active account. The minimum balance should be maintained, the income fund limit shouldn’t exceed a certain amount, and at least three transactions per month are recommended.
