- Candidate must initially register in the UP Government Scholarship and Fees-Reimbursement System as a “new user”. To remind the applicants, they are advised to retain their printed registration form.
- By entering your registration number (or date of birthday), password, and the scholarship code, you may apply to receive a student’s grant.
