Swami Dayanand scholarship: The Charitable Foundation of Education started the Merit cum Mean Swami Dayanand scholarship for 2024 and 2025. Students at private and public universities in India can apply for the scholarship. This is available to those enrolled in an undergraduate program. SDEF primarily aims to offer scholarships to exceptional candidates who may face financial challenges but possess great talent.

The Scholarship Program provides financial help to candidates who have faced challenges in their families. These candidates have achieved high scores on entrance tests at the state and national levels. They are also seeking admission to top universities.

Qualification Criteria

Applicants must be eligible to apply for the Scholarship.

1. Registration is mandatory for all permanent residents of India.
2. Candidates in the first and second years should have a minimum age of 19 years.
3. First-year students must achieve 80% CBSE to qualify for class 12.
4. For technical courses, the maximum withdrawal period is one year
5. A medical degree program or an engineering course must achieve an overall rank of less 90,000.
6. Candidates enrolled on continuous courses (second year) are required to have a CGPA that is at least 8.0
7. To be eligible, the family’s annual income must not exceed INR8 lakh.
8. To register, candidates must attend a school that the federal government funds or supports.
