Tamil Nadu chief minister fellowship program 2024 The State of Tamil Nadu has now been striving to improve its governance. The Government of Tamil Nadu will support this initiative by launching the prestigious “Tamil Nadu Head Minister Fellowship Program(TNCMFP)”, in 2024.

Fellowship Program Members are assigned to departments that work under them and participate in flagship or priority programs. The Fellowship Program helps to identify issues, assist with data driven decision making and help optimize service delivery according to global best practice.

Second batch of Tamil Nadu Chief minister Fellowship program launched by state government. The program, which will last for two years, is open to candidates with different academic or professional backgrounds. These fellows will be selected through a transparent process. The program is open to 25 participants.

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Fellowship Program 2024

Tamil Nadu has established a two-year fellowship program under the Tamil Nadu Prime Minister. While working within their departments, fellows also actively participate in the priority and flagship Tamil Nadu Chief minister programs of the government.

They help in making data-driven decisions about assigned programs. To identify problems and improve service delivery, in accordance with international best practices they address the gaps. Stipends in the amount of RS. This two-year fellowship will award 75,000 to the students that apply. Online applications will be available.

Goals

  1. To assist in the identification of policy gaps, and to establish benchmarks for international comparisons.
  2. Tamil Nadu should develop a ‘program-structure’ based off international best practice for governance and policy in its various sectors.
  3. Tamil Nadu should create an evaluation system to measure and evaluate government services and then improve them.
  4. Find the Key Performance Indicators of service delivery, and compare these to global best practices.
  5. Create a measurement system that will be used to measure each KPI in different industries and then determine its maturity with the magic quadrant.
  6. A learning process allows you to evaluate the fellows’ performance and provide course corrections.
  7. Tamil Nadu’s Chief Minister Fellowship should provide resources that can be used to determine and expand best practices.
  8. A good understanding of economics at the state level, including policy links and their economic impact, is essential for financial planning.

Qualification Criteria

  1. First degree: The best Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in any field of study (Engineering and Medicine, Agriculture or Veterinary Science), or the highest-ranking Masters in Arts. You can learn about it here You can get a degree from an Indian university founded by parliamentary act. Learn more about the educational benefits of this product The institution must be established through an Act of Congress, declared to be a Deemed to Be University (under Section 3 University Grants Commission Act) or have an equivalent qualification.
    • Priority will be given only to PhD holders.
    • A work trial is fine.
    • We will place a high value on research.
    • This is a requirement that you must know Tamil very well.
  2. The online application is only open to applicants aged 22-30. If you are in the SC and ST group, then your age must be between 22 and 30 years.

Benefits

After the successful completion of application, applicants will be awarded a stipend monthly amounting to RS 75,000.00/- from Tamil Nadu’s Chief Minister Fellowship program.

Selection Process

The Tamil Nadu chief minister program has three levels of selection:

  1. For the preliminary evaluation, an online test will be administered in the initial stage.
  2. It is now time for the second phase, comprehensive exam (written test).
  3. Personal interview is the final step.
  4. It is a three-part test: 1) General Knowledge (including current affairs), 2) Quantitative aptitude (basic maths skills, such as algebra and numbers, geometry, statistics and data review at the level equivalent to tenth-grade), 3) Cursing comprehension (to determine if a person has mastered basic reading comprehension) 4) Logical think straight (to measure logical ability). There are three main sections. (1) General awareness (to gauge general knowledge including current affairs); 2) Quantitative Aptitude; (to judge basic math skills at the tenth level, like algebra, number, geometry, statistics and data analysis); and (3) Cursing Comprehension, Logical Thinking Straight.
  5. The tests that we use are solely screening tests. They will not be considered in the selection procedure. Negative marks will be awarded for wrong answers (-0.33). There will be test centres in many major Tamil Nadu towns, along with Bengaluru Delhi Mumbai Ernakulam Hyderabad Kolkata Puducherry Vishakapatnam. The test center locations may be changed in the future.
  6. Comprehensive Examination also includes written exams. You will have to answer an essay-type question as well as a case-based question or an analytical question. There will be a variety of topics, such as governance, social injustice and inclusion, technological advancement, economic development and sustainability, poverty and demography. Chennai is where the test centre(s) are.
    For candidates to be selected for the Personal Interview they must do well in their Comprehensive Examination.
  7. In order to assess the intelligence and emotional qualities of candidates, they will also be tested on their current knowledge, their skills in problem solving, and how well they can think in systems. In this phase, the candidates will have to demonstrate their ability to speak Tamil. Interviews will take place only in Chennai.

A final merit ranking will be based on a candidate’s score in the Comprehensive Examination combined with their Personal Interview.

Fellow Responsibilities

In order to be eligible for the Tamil Nadu Fellowship Program, you must attend an orientation program that lasts 30 days at the Anna Administrative Staff College. (A detailed description of this program can be found on www.bim.edu/tncmfp). If the Fellows successfully complete this orientation program for the Tamil Nadu Chief minister program, they will be placed in various government departments that are identified by Special Program Implementation Department.

In order to eliminate gaps and maximize service delivery, the team’s main role will be to determine issues, perform data-driven analysis, and support data-driven decision-making on assigned programs. The team will also be responsible for conducting district visits to solicit feedback and implement follow-up actions.

BIM (Building Information Modeling) and Special Program Implementation Department will review, evaluate and guide the Fellows monthly reports. They may be given responsibilities according to the requirement. They are required to complete a project two years following the commencement of their Tamil Nadu chief minister fellowships.
