Pragati 2024 Scholarship: AICTE is launching the Pragati 2024 Scholarship. AICTE is offering the AICTE Pragati scholarships 2024 in order to provide financial support for female students pursuing technical studies. AICTE Pragati scholarships 2024 allow women to complete their technical studies with no financial concerns. It is beneficial for all Indian students. Pragati helps girls pursue a technical degree via AICTE. By empowering women with skills, knowledge, and confidence through education. Pragati helps women in economically deprived sections. Successful candidates each year receive a 50,000 award. The lateral-entry program allows students to receive money for the college they are attending, like books, equipment, or supplies. Second-year students can also benefit from the payment. Under “Empowering Women through Technical Education”, young women will have the chance to complete their studies.

PRAGATI 2024 Scholarship Overview
- Four thousand scholarships are awarded each year.
- A candidate could be given admission for a first year degree/diploma at an AICTE school approved that year, using the Centralized Acceptance Process.
- The transferrable scholarships are awarded if there is not another eligible candidate for a particular program that leads to a certificate or degree.
- Two girls are allowed per family. Only families who earn less than 8 lakhs rupees a year can register. If married, the income received by their husbands or parents is also included.
- AICTE accredited college and university will select meritoriously the candidates on the basis of qualification exams taken to pursue respective Technical Degree/Diploma Programes
- For each 10 month period, students can receive up to Rs. 30000 in cash. Students who are eligible for tuition fee waivers/reimbursement will receive Rs. 30.000 for the purchase of books/equipment/software/laptop/desktop/vehicle/ fees paid for competitive examination applications.
- Reservations: 15% for STs and 7.5% for the SCs.
Qualification Criteria
- A permanent resident in India is a requirement for all applicants.
- You must have a diploma in technical studies.
- A female student must apply.
- AICTE accredited institutions are required to admit all applicants for full-time programs in the first year of a diploma or degree.
- For the applicant, there must be an annual family income below INR 8,00,000.
Selecting a Candidate
- Applicants are selected on the basis of their eligibility.
- AICTE Pragati scholarships 2024 will select only women students.
- All applicants must possess a degree in technical studies or a diploma issued by reputable institutions.
- No scholarships are available to those whose household income exceeds 800000 INR.
- You must have completed your first or second degree or diploma year.
Documents Requirements
Documents required for the PRAGATI Scholarship Application form
- Mark Sheets for the Standard Xth And XIIth Grades
- The certificate for the family’s annual income should be prepared in a prescribed format if you do not fall below the level of Tahsildar.
- The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) has released an official admission letter.
- This is the degree or diploma program.
- Certificates of Directors, Principals or Heads
- Receiving the fee
- AADHAR bank account book containing information about the student including his name, number of accounts and IFSC code.
- SC/ST/OBC Caste Certificates.
- Card AADHAR
- A parent’s declaration that his or her child provided correct information. Scholarship money is returned in the event of a discrepancy.
Online application for AICTE Pragati Scholarship 2024
- STEP 1 The AICTE Pragati Scholarship Award is available to any applicant who meets the eligibility criteria, and has filled out an application online.
- The second step is to click on the button “Apply For Scholarship” at the top of the page. (Student Login)STEP 3 You will be redirected to a new page. (Registration Form)
- STEP 4. It appears on the desktop. Please check the box next to each term and condition.
- STEP 5: In the new page, the applicant must enter their mobile number, click on send OTP, and enter the OTP they received.
- STEP 6: Once the applicant clicks on the option verify, the eKYC page will appear on your desktop. The applicant must complete the eKYC process.
- STEP 7: Once the applicant has entered all the details, he or she can click on the option to save and register.
- STEP 8: When you have successfully registered, navigate to the Apply for Scholarship option and click Login.
- STEP 9: Complete the scholarship form, upload the required documents, and submit it
Pragati Reasons for Rejection
PRAGATI Scholarship applicants can be denied. You may not be accepted for a variety of reasons.
- AICTE approved no non-technical courses for this current academic session.
- AICTE rejects the University / Institute’s application for this academic year.
- It was sent with incomplete or inaccurate information.
- Double degree holders are admitted.
- You can also receive financial aid from another source.
- Admitting post-graduate students to programs.
