There are scholarships available from Life Company of India for those who cannot afford to pay. The LIC Golden Jubilee 2024 scholarships are open until 31 December.

The LIC Scholarships 2024 are open to all candidates from class XII through class XIX. There are scholarships available to students in Arts and Sciences and Commerce as well as the technical and vocational courses.

LIC Scholarship 2024: Objective
The LIC Golden Jubilee 2024 scholarships are designed to assist deserving candidates with their higher education. They can receive financial aid to support their higher education. This Scholarship is available to Indian candidates studying at Government, Private or a combination of both.
Eligibility Criterion
Life Insurance Company of India had already released a press release on its official site regarding LIC Golden Jubilee Scholarships for 2024. This scholarship falls into two different categories, according to the official notice.
- For Regular Scholar
- You are a Special Girl Child Student

For Regular Scholar
- The Academic Year 2024 is open to all candidates who completed Class XII, Class X and obtained a minimum of 60%.
- Families with an annual household income below Rs. 2.50,000
- Candidates who took admissions to Medicine, Engineering in any field (including diploma courses), Vocational Courses or Diploma Courses will receive this scholarship.
- Scholarships are only available to undergraduate students.
To Special Girl Child Student
- If you have completed your Class X Exam, and achieved a score below 60%, then you are eligible to apply for Academic Year 2019.
- Admission to the High School (10+2) for two-years.
- Annual family income not exceeding Rs.2,50,000
- Candidates who complete their studies under the 10+2 programme are entitled to receive a grant.
LIC Scholar 2024 Selection Process
The LIC Golden Jubilee Scholarship 2020 will be awarded based primarily upon the applicants’ academic performance and family finances.
In ascending order, candidates with lower incomes are given priority. Open University students and distance learners are ineligible for the Scholarship 2024. The Scholarship 2024 cannot be given to any more than one candidate from a single family.
Quantity
Candidates who are selected for this Scholarship 2024 program will receive monetary rewards. Please find below the details of the LIC Golden Anniversary 2024 Awards.
- All Regular Scholars receive Rs. 20,000 annually in three equal quarterly payments.
- The Special Girl Child scholarship is worth Rs.10,000 per annum to a girl child of her choice who pursues Higher Secondary School (10+2) studies.
Direct Bank Transfers and NEFT are the methods of payment for this scholarship. Registering online requires you to check the details of your bank account again.
Request for Renewal after a Period of Time
Golden Jubilee scholarship will cover full course duration for Regular Scholar candidates and two-year maximum period of Special Girl Child Scholars.
In order to be eligible for Scholarship Renewal the applicant must obtain a mark of at least 55% on professional tracks and a 50% grade in Arts, Science and Commerce graduation or equivalent. Scholarships may be discontinued in these cases.

Attach the below documents before sending this Scholarships Application form 2024 to the Divisional Office.
- Scoresheet for last exam.
- This is the form 16B (for employees parents), and for self-employed parents it’s Form 16.
- Castle Certificate
- EWS certificate
- Passport-Size Photograph
- Copy of proof of address (Adhaar, voter card or similar).
- Age Proof Certificate (Birth Certificate, Madhyamik Admit etc).
- Checks that have been cancelled are deposited into the same bank account.
